For all other claims, the easiest way to start your claim is online. Make sure you have the following information ready before you start.
- Your policy reference number, which you can find within the policy documentation held on your company intranet site and/or your evidence of cover
- Details about your trip, for example the dates and times of travel
- Information about your claim, for example, the amounts you're claiming for
- Evidence of your loss, for example, receipt
Your policy schedule will tell you what dates your cover starts and ends. Please ensure that you enter a date of incident/date the claim occurred that is inside this date range. Should you be unable to locate the policy schedule that has the covers dates that span the date of incident please reach out to your HR team who should be able to provide the details to you.
